19.13.11 Policy Assessment, Reporting, and Enforcement

The Accessibility Coordinator shall establish procedures to track the University’s performance under and compliance with this Policy and shall review this Policy annually and provide to the University’s Vice President of Operations a report outlining such information, along with any recommended changes to this Policy. University employees in violation of this Policy shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

The Accessibility Coordinator will convene an annual meeting with faculty, disability services, Information Technology and web and human resources representatives to discuss any new developments or changes in the digital accessibility landscape and whether this Policy requires amendment.
