19.13.1 Policy Statement

FNU (“the University”) is committed to ensuring equal access for people with disabilities and provides equal opportunity in and access to its courses, programs, services, and official activities (“University Programs”) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Digital Accessibility Policy and Integrated Website Accessibility Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the procurement and use of the University’s Information Technology resources, including University Websites as defined herein.

Ensuring equal and effective access to digital information required for University Programs is the responsibility of all University personnel, as defined herein. To that end, the purpose of this Policy is to provide a framework by which the University can obtain, offer and use Information Technology resources and digital information in a manner that ensures they are Accessible to the fullest extent possible.
