19.13.10 Exemptions

The University’s President may provide exemptions from this Policy under certain circumstances, with such determination to be made on a case-by-case basis, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any requests for exemption made pursuant to this Policy or involving any matter relating to digital accessibility (whether covered by this Policy or not) should be directed to the Accessibility Coordinator.
