The Faculty Senate of Florida National University routinely meets on paid faculty workdays. (See 9.4 In-House In-Service Training.)

The Faculty Senate of FNU routinely meets on paid faculty workdays. The Senate is the sole, all-campus, faculty-elected, representative, and deliberative policy proposing body of the University. As such, the Faculty Senate assumes an active role in the University governance system through its responses to committee reports and its policy resolutions which are presented to the University administration for acceptance and implementation.
