6.17 Open Door Policy

FNU is committed to ensuring that open and direct lines of employer-employee communication remain open. To encourage employee communication and assistance in getting answers to their questions and concerns, we have established an Open Door Policy. Under this policy, all employees are encouraged to contact by phone, in person, or in writing their immediate supervisor, Campus Dean, or the Human Resources Department and address their concerns or questions to them directly.

All members of the administration are available to discuss concerns, make suggestions, or clarify policies. Therefore, we encourage all employees to voice any issues that may affect the workplace openly and directly with their supervisors, a member of administration, or the Human Resources Department. Only through working together can we maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
