5.2 The Academic Year

The FNU academic year is defined as two semesters. The length of an academic semester is four months. Each semester has two mini-semesters of two months each. The FNU rolling admission schedule makes it possible to have six different start dates and six different completion dates in one calendar year. There is a one-week break in April, one-week break in August, and a two-week break at the Christmas/New Year season.
