7.9 Faculty Compensation

Faculty salaries at FNU are based on a salary scale negotiated between the President, the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Campus Deans, and the faculty member.

Salary scales are based on formal education and experience in the field as well as teaching experience. A performance review is conducted each year.

Any salary or payroll discrepancy must be brought to the Human Resources Department. An HR generalist will consult with the Division/Department Head and/or the Campus Dean to arrive at a solution.

The University contributes to a 401(k) retirement plan for those full-time faculty members who choose to participate.
