8.4 Supplemental Benefits

All full-time employees may enroll in supplemental insurance plans such as Personal Accident Indemnity Plan, Cancer Indemnity Insurance, Hospital Protection Insurance, Critical Care and Short-Term Disability offered through Colonial as part of our benefits package. These plans are voluntary and 100% paid by the employee. You will be given this information when you are approaching the completion of your eligibility period of employment.
