4.3 Policy on Faculty Governance

The Division Head, through a Department Head or a Program Director are the immediate supervisors of the faculty. However, the doors of all the university administrators are open to any member of the faculty at any time. All members of the faculty are encouraged to take an active interest in the Faculty Senate and its endeavors.
