Photo/Video Consent

Prior to any photographing, imaging or video recording (including on personal phones) for use by individuals, instruction or social media, the student must complete the Program’s Photo and Video Release Form located in the Appendix of this manual. Students must also request permission to voice or video record an instructor’s lecture or lab. During their time in the clinical experience, students are prohibited from recording or taking pictures with their personal phones/cameras and sharing/posting anything related to patient care, unless consent is given by the patient and supervising CI.
