Off Campus Safety During Clinical Practicums
As noted in the standard affiliation agreement, Article II- Specific Responsibilities of the Facility, 2.7-
“To provide appropriate facilities, equipment, and support personnel necessary for student learning, along with reasonable conference, storage, dressing and locker room space. The Facility shall ensure that its facilities, equipment, and the operation thereof are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and standards. The Facility is responsible for having appropriate safety procedures in place and providing the Student with an orientation to the Facility and the Facility’s policies and procedures.”
