This policy Handbook is subordinate to and consistent with the FNU Handbooks and Course Catalog and it carries the same weight, force and effect.

PTA program policies are developed to the extent that such policies are:

• Consistent with, and complimentary to;
• More stringent, and not less stringent than;
• Used to augment, and not replace or serve as an alternative to;
• Used to address program specific issues not already addressed by the University Catalog
