PCT 130 Patient Care Clinical Principles

This course introduces principles of proper clinical procedures. Student learning outcomes will focus on handling patient admissions, patient transfers, patient discharges, and hospital procedures to be fulfilled in each case. Students are also introduced to concepts related to coordination and integration of care, emotional support, continuity, and transition of care. (2 hrs. Lect.)
