PLA 2273 Introduction to Torts
This course introduces students an overview of the laws of negligence, intentional wrongs, slander and libel, product liability, strict liability and other private wrongs. Topics covered include: theories governing tort law, system and procedures used in preparation for tort cases, trial procedures, and appeal procedures.
