MAN 4441 Negotiation & Conflict Resolution

This course provides the student with the training and skills to understand and apply the major concepts and theories of the psychology of bargaining and negotiation, supplemented with an awareness of the dynamics of interpersonal and inter-group conflict and its resolution. Prerequisite: MAN2021.
