MAN 4301 Human Resources Management
This course introduces students to all aspects of human resource management's challenges and productive opportunities. Extensive use of case studies provides students with a practical as well as functional and theoretical basis, including topics such as personnel recruiting, selection, training, development, compensation, and promotion to promote corporate goals in organizations for understanding how human resource programs affect all employees, the organization, the community, and the larger society. Prerequisite: Completion of all lower-level coursework.
