Special Individualized Studies (SIS)
A special study is offered only in certain circumstances. They are conducted in a hybrid modality. Degree-seeking students can take a maximum of six credits in special individualized studies, supported by a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 GPA. The Vice President of Academic Affairs and the Campus Dean will give approval for such studies. After this, SIS students are under the supervision and taught by a fully credentialed instructor, with subject matter expertise in the area of the independent study.
