EDF 4730 Administration & Leadership Communication Techniques

This course will focus on professional communication in both written and verbal forms in administrative and educational settings. The leadership styles and principles of effective organizational communication will be explored including but not limited to conflict resolution, provision and acceptance of feedback, and motivational and public speaking.
