ENT 5116 Business Plan Development
One of the most exciting and satisfying activities in business is to start a new venture. Students will apply their entire business experience and learning in this course, working in small teams to research the general, industry, and competitor environments, create development and operations plans, prepare marketing and sales programs, and make financial projections. The course will also focus on the strong written and oral presentation skills needed to prepare and defend their plan to potential investors and stakeholders. A new business needs these skills to succeed.
