MEA 2315C Medical Transcription

Presents the foundations of medical transcription; the correct use of basic transcription equipment, the legal and ethical responsibilities of the transcriptions, types of medical reports and their components, quality control standards, and the phraseology of various medical specialties, terminology used primarily in pathology and autopsy procedures.
