MAN MAN 5246 Organizational Behavior
Designed for students looking for specific focus on behavior of groups, and organizations with purpose of understanding organizations, how they work, and people in them. Concepts presented in relation to core managerial competencies, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence (EI) in the organizational development aspect of effective leadership styles in both public and private sectors.
