MAN 4301 Human Resources Management

This course introduces students to all aspects of the challenges and productive opportunities of human resource management. Extensive use of case studies provides students with a practical as well as functional and theoretical basis for understanding how human resource programs affects all employees, the organization, the community and the larger society.
