MAN 3342 Supervisory Skills
This course provides the student with an understanding of the management principles necessary for supervisors and managers. The course uses training in planning, organizational, staffing and people skills as a foundation for understanding the principles of motivation, leadership, change and performance management necessary to success in today's work environment.
