AMH 1020 American History from 1865
This course will cover the major events in the history of the United States of America since the end of the Civil War (1861-1865) and the Reconstruction period to the present. Students will examine U.S. history from several perspectives and will become familiar with the major economic, political and social events that led to our nation's growth, expansion and development into the world power that it is today.
