8.1 Employee Benefits
As an eligible employee of Florida National University, you are provided a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs, such as Social Security, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law. Additional benefit programs are available to eligible employees by FNU.
Your supervisor and the Human Resources Department can identify the programs for which you are eligible. The following are benefit programs that may be available for eligible employees:
